1 pkg. elbow noodles
1 lb ground beef
1 red onion diced
Garlic salt to taste
Garlic pepper to taste
1 can tomato juice
Chili Sauce
Put noodles in a large pot to boil.
In a skillet brown the ground beef, onion, garlic salt and garlic pepper.
When noodles are almost done add 1/2 can of tomato juice.
When ground beef mixture is done, drain the meat and return to the skillet, reduce heat and add the rest of the tomato juice to simmer.
When the noodles are done add the ground beef mixture.
Serve in soup bowls and top with Chili Sauce.

Split Pea Soup
| This one is so easy.... 1pkg. dry peas 1 small breakfast ham Garlic Salt Garlic Pepper Put the peas in the crockpot with water (enough water so it looks right, about 8 cups) Garlic Salt and Pepper to taste ( I use a LOT of garlic pepper. Yummy!!) Cook on low for 3ish hours. Cut ham into bite sized pieces and add to crockpot. Cook on low for another 3ish hours. Stir to mix it up because the peas will settle to the bottom and the water to the top. | ||||
